When I was working five days I would really be counting down until the weekend and feeling resentful about going to work.Whether it’s walking away from your desk for 15 minutes or logging out of your inbox for the night, part of our struggle is control – the fear that if we relax a grip for a moment, everything will come crashing down. You begin to feel overwhelmed and exhausted by everything you have to do, and yet, you still somehow feel guilty and worried that you’re not doing enough.
